Joining the reward team in a leading financial services organisation based in the heart of London, our client is seeking an Interim Share Plans Administrator to join their dynamic team.As a Share Plans Administrator, you will play a key role in the management and administration of employee share plans. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, external providers, and participants to ensure the smooth operation of all aspects of our share schemes.Key Responsibilities:

• Administer a range of employee share plans including SIP, SAYE, LTIP, and discretionary schemes.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
• Liaise with share plan participants, responding to queries and providing guidance.
• Support the preparation of communications and documentation related to share plan events (e.g., launches, maturities, vestings).
• Collaborate with payroll, HR, finance, and legal teams to ensure seamless integration of share plan processes.
• Assist with reporting requirements including HMRC filings and internal reporting.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in share plan administration and reward, ideally within financial services or a listed company.
• Strong understanding of UK share plan regulations and tax implications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and share plan platforms (e.g., Equiniti, Computershare, Global Shares).
