After-school Nanny in NW3, Job ID J1E41E
This lovely family based in Hampstead, London, is seeking an After-school Nanny to care for their school-aged child. The role includes all general nanny duties. Although the family has two other children, no care will be required for them. A valid first-aid qualification is essential for this position.
Working hours: Monday: 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm | Wednesday: 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm | Thursday: 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm ( flexible hours)
Duties include:
- Collect the child from school and accompany them to and from after-school activities, playdates, and appointments
- Assist with bath time, ensuring the child maintains good hygiene
- Safeguard the child’s well-being, happiness, and overall development
- Engage the child in interactive play, educational activities, and outdoor outings such as trips to the park
- Support the bedtime routine and help settle the child to sleep
- Encourage a love for reading and early literacy through shared storytime
- Provide homework support and assist with learning activities to enhance educational growth
- Establish and maintain consistent daily routines to promote structure and stability
- Keep the child’s bedroom and play areas clean, organised, and well presented
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the child’s needs
