Your Role

You will define and deliver AI-enabled transformation strategies that reshape how organisations operate, compete and create value. You’ll work across strategy, architecture and execution, bridging the gap between high-level vision and real-world implementation. This includes designing AI operating models, shaping enterprise data and AI roadmaps, and embedding generative AI and agentic workflows into core business processes. You’ll also play a key role in developing propositions, contributing to thought leadership and supporting the growth of the AI Strategy practice.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead AI strategy engagements from discovery through to execution
• Design enterprise AI operating models and transformation roadmaps
• Shape generative AI and agentic AI use cases across industries
• Define data, cloud and AI architecture direction aligned to business value
• Develop proof of concepts and support scalable AI adoption strategies
• Advise senior stakeholders on AI value, risk, governance and delivery

The successful applicant will have:

• 10+ years’ experience in data, AI, cloud or technology consulting
• Strong understanding of AI, generative AI and data platforms
• Experience shaping enterprise architecture or transformation roadmaps
• Proven stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into commercial outcomes
