Core Responsibilities & Teaching Scope
- Equation Explorer: Instructing Mathematics across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (GCSE) only.
- Problem Solver: Driving high attainment by delivering structured lessons and developing foundational analytical skills.
- Tutoring Guide: Assisting with intervention sessions and contributing to academic support programs.
Compensation & Benefits
- Essential Requirements: Hold or be soon to obtain QTS. Relevant Degree in Mathematics.
- Salary: Excellent salary paid on the national Teachers' Pay Scale (M/UPS), reflecting Inner London weighting.
- Support: Intensive, bespoke ECT induction and mentoring programme and strong departmental support.
