We are working with a vibrant and inclusive two-form entry primary school based in Hounslow that is seeking a dynamic Year 4/5 Job Share Teacher to join their enthusiastic team on a part-time basis (3 days a week), starting in January 2026 . Year 4/5 Job Share Teacher Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that meet the diverse needs of Year 4/5 students.
- Implement engaging teaching strategies to inspire and motivate learners.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and setting targets for improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and share best practices.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive classroom environment that promotes respectful behaviour and positive relationships.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress and wellbeing.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and other school activities as required.
Year 4/5 Job Share Teacher Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching Year 4/5 students in a primary school setting.
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of individual learners.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and best teaching practices.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
