Sales Associate - Hampstead
Location: Hampstead High Street, London, NW3 1RG
Hours: Full-time (40 hours/5 days a week - including weekends and bank holidays)
Our peak season falls in November and December, with Saturdays and Sundays being our most active days. Working during these periods is an important part of supporting our customers and the wider team. As part of this, it is a requirement that you will work on Christmas Eve and Boxing Day.

Requirements
- Experience in a retail environment and providing excellent customer experience - a must
- Greeting all customers, assessing their needs and relaying relevant product knowledge with confidence
- Helping to build a loyal base of return customers, with a focus on long-term relationships rather than one-off transactional selling
- Replenishing inventory and supporting management by identifying selling trends, low stock and stock-outs
- Caring for store standards, including displays and merchandising
- Ringing through purchases, arranging deliveries and providing after-sales service
- Cross-selling using available tools, including special orders and the online shop
- Showing a genuine passion for cooking and entertaining
- Demonstrating excellent communication skills
- Keen to learn, supported by in-store training on products and selling skills
