Property Administrator

About the Role
We are seeking a well-organised and proactive Property Administrator to join our established
property management team. This is a full-time, office-based role supporting the day-to-day
administration of a varied residential property portfolio. The successful candidate will play a key role
in ensuring the smooth running of property management operations, acting as a central point of
contact for property owners, tenants, contractors, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
• Providing comprehensive administrative support to the property management team
• Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
• Logging repairs and maintenance requests and issuing works to contractors
• Liaising with contractors to schedule works and monitor progress
• Updating property management systems and maintaining accurate records
• Preparing and issuing correspondence, reports, and documentation
• Assisting with invoicing, purchase orders, and contractor payments
• Maintaining organised electronic and paper filing systems
• Supporting compliance-related administration and general office duties
Candidate Requirements
• Previous administration experience, preferably within property, housing, or facilities management
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confident telephone manner and professional approach
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• A proactive, reliable, and customer-focused attitude
Property or factoring experience is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.
