The Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Editor (Written Content) to join our editorial team.

This role is central to the development and delivery of all written content, ensuring a consistently high standard across articles, features, and branded materials. You will also play a leading role in covering key industry events, including full editorial responsibility for content relating to the Dominican Republic Superyacht Rendezvous , as well as heading up the content team during the Monaco Yacht Show .

Editorial Oversight

• Edit, refine, and approve written content across articles, features, and digital materials
• Ensure all content is accurate, engaging, well-structured, and consistent with brand voice
• Maintain high editorial standards across all published work
• Oversee quality control prior to publication

Content Development

• Shape and improve article structure, narrative flow, and storytelling quality
• Conduct or review research to ensure factual accuracy and depth of content
• Work with writers to develop ideas and strengthen content angles
• Contribute to editorial planning and content strategy discussions
• Ensure a consistent and cohesive tone across all outputs

Requirements

• Proven experience as an editor, content writer, or similar editorial role
• Strong editorial judgement with excellent writing and proofreading skills
• Ability to refine tone, structure, and clarity across different types of content
• Confident managing multiple pieces of work and meeting deadlines
• Strong communication skills and ability to give constructive feedback
• Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently
