Regional Sales Manager

About the role
Are you a proactive sales hunter who thrives on closing deals and winning new business? Do you have the drive to knock on doors, chase opportunities, and build lasting relationships? If so, this is your chance to make a real impact.
As a Regional Sales Manager, you’ll own the entire sales cycle - from lead generation and prospecting to closing high-value deals with mid-to-large retailers across the UK and Ireland. You’ll take the lead in developing new business, expanding our market presence, and positioning Voyado as the go-to solution for retail and e-commerce brands.
You’ll report to the UK Sales Director and collaborate closely with our sales development, marketing, and partner teams to accelerate success and drive measurable results.
Your responsibilities
- Drive outbound sales efforts to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing enterprise deals.
- Establish and strengthen Voyado’s presence in the UK.
- Engage with retailers and e-commerce brands to understand their challenges and provide tailored solutions.
- Deliver compelling sales pitches and product demonstrations.
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking forums to increase brand visibility.

Skills & Background:
- You have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, with experience hunting for new business and closing high-value deals.
- You bring solid experience from SaaS or tech sales and know how to apply a solution-based approach to engage and influence multiple stakeholders.
- You have a fearless, hunter mindset and genuinely enjoy prospecting, cold outreach, and turning new opportunities into long-term clients.
- You’re a strong communicator and negotiator who knows how to build trust, influence senior decision-makers, and manage complex sales cycles.
- Experience within retail, e-commerce, CRM, or digital marketing is a strong advantage.
- You’re a native-level English speaker who communicates with professionalism, clarity, and persuasive impact.
