The Role:
We're looking to hire a Customer Experience Intern who’s passionate about people, planet, and positive interactions. You’ll be the friendly face (and voice) of Wild across our social channels, responding to customer queries, celebrating wins, resolving issues, and ensuring our community feels heard and valued. You’ll play a key role in maintaining a positive brand image, supporting customer satisfaction, and keeping our internal processes running smoothly.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media, sustainability, and building positive online communities. You have experience in customer service (brand, retail, or online) and genuinely enjoy helping people. This role reports to our Senior Customer Experience Manager .
Please note this is an entry level internship on a Fixed Term Contract of 1 year.
🚀 Some of your responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and posts across our social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.), ensuring all interactions reflect Wild’s friendly tone.
Customer Service: Handle customer queries, compliments and complaints efficiently, collaborating with the customer experience team to resolve cases.
Community Building: Encourage customers to engage with the Wild community by engaging with content and maintaining a welcome online presence.
Sentiment Management: Monitor customer sentiment and feedback, flag trends or issues, and proactively contribute to improving the customer experience.
Admin & Support: Assist with reporting, tracking engagement metrics, and managing inboxes or to support smooth day-to-day operations.
Brand Advocacy: Represent the Wild brand authentically and enthusiastically, turning customer interactions into long-term brand love.
