Business Manager role in Sutton | April 2026 Start
We are recruiting for a high-calibre School Business Manager for an Outstanding academy in Sutton. This full-time, permanent position is available for an April 2026 start. We are seeking a practitioner who can provide the technical and administrative expertise required to support the Headteacher in leading a successful and diverse community.

Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the finance, site, and admin teams
Draft and manage the school’s long-term capital development plan
Ensure the school’s recruitment and business practices promote inclusion
Manage complex service level agreements and external contracts
Qualifications and Experience
Strong background in finance and operational management
Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and independently
Must have the right to work in the UK
Salary and Benefits
Salary Range: £47,000 – £57,000
Full-time, permanent position with supportive leadership
