WHY BOX NEEDS YOU

Our EMEA Box Partner Sales team fosters innovation and collaborates with market-leading partners—including Salesforce, Slack, IBM, Capgemini, and CDW—as well as direct Go-To-Market teams to accelerate growth and win major enterprise deals. The EMEA Partner Management team manages 30–40 partner relationships across EMEA, organized geographically across the UK & Nordics, DACH, Southern, and MEA (Middle East & South Africa) to expand market reach, accelerate deal execution, and drive customer value.

As a Partner Sales Placement Student, you will act as a pivotal bridge between Box Sales teams and our global partner ecosystem, driving collaborative selling, building high-value use cases, and helping uncover transformative business opportunities.

During this 12-month placement based at our EMEA HQ in London, you will experience the inner workings of a high-growth cloud SaaS enterprise while mastering how to engage senior B2B decision-makers. You will gain hands-on commercial experience across pipeline generation, partner territory reviews, deal structuring, and co-marketing campaigns—making a measurable business impact while developing vital skills for a successful career in technology sales.

  • Analyze regional sales data and market trends to contribute to Box's revenue growth plans aligned with EMEA and global strategies.

  • Maintain strong operational balance and alignment between partner-led initiatives and Box direct sales motions.
