Account Manager (SMB)
Location: London or open to Remote. Spain is also an option for the right candidate.

Flywire is seeking a motivated and driven Account Manager to deliver and expand our solutions with Small-to-Medium (SMB) partner institutions . You’ll be at the heart of our client success strategy—building strong relationships, using data to identify opportunities, and ensuring our partners get maximum value from Flywire.

What You’ll Do
As an SMB Account Manager, you will:
- Protect and grow existing accounts through scalable account management strategies
- Use data to identify new revenue opportunities within existing products
- Partner with Sales to close new product opportunities and unlock account potential
- Support new client onboardings & product deployments
- ️ Collaborate with Client Operations to resolve operational challenges
- Represent Flywire at webinars and in-person events
- Share insights to help develop team strategy and support onboarding of new colleagues
- Manage contract renewals with precision and care
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in account management, client success or customer support
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- High emotional intelligence and change management capability
- Sharp analytical, problem-solving and project management skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management
- Proactive, persistent, and accountable in all you do
- Experience in Higher Education account management (preferred)
- Salesforce knowledge (a plus)
