Bilingual Account Executive - English AND French or German

As an Account Executive for our EMEA region, you’ll be responsible for acquiring new logos in a multi-product SaaS environment. You will be engaging with senior leaders in Marketing, Email, Data, and CRM spaces to demonstrate the value of our solutions. This is an exciting time to join a high-achieving team and drive growth across Validity’s growing EMEA customer base. Fluency in English and French and/or German is required to support DACH and France-Benelux regions. We also welcome other multilingual candidates for wider EMEA coverage to apply. This is a hybrid office-based position which requires working 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) in Validity's London office location. Team Dynamic
How we’ll support you:
- A clear ICP, territory plan, and curated account lists.
- Strong brand recognition in email deliverability and CRM data quality.
- Access to modern tools (Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo, etc.) plus Sales Engineering support.
- In your first 30 days: You hit the ground running with an approved pipeline plan; you have 20+ first meetings booked, with 3 in-quarter opportunities validated.
- In your first 60 days: You’re building momentum with 3+ multi-threaded deals at stage 3 and delivering a consistent, accurate weekly forecast.
- In your first 90 days: Your first deals have closed and you’re on track to hit quota.
- Manage the full sales cycle - from prospecting and discovery to business case, multi-threading, negotiation, and close.
- Build and progress a healthy pipeline using targeted outbound and marketing-assisted leads.
- Lead value-focused discovery conversations centered on deliverability, inbox placement, list growth, and data quality.
- Quantify ROI and co-create Mutual Action Plans to drive alignment and accelerate timelines.
- Provide accurate forecasting on monthly quotas, maintain clean Salesforce records, and provide weekly updates on risks and next steps.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Enablement, Marketing, Customer Success, and Legal) to win larger deals and close quickly.
- 3-8+ years of experience closing new business in B2B SaaS (marketing tech, email, data, or CRM ecosystem strongly preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota with multi-stakeholder, 2 to 5-month sales cycles.
- Strong command of discovery frameworks (MEDDICC/MEDDPICC or similar) and mutual close planning.
- Coachable, resilient, fast-moving, and driven to succeed.
- Fluency in English and French and/or German is required to support DACH and France-Benelux regions.
- Ability to work in the company’s London (Southwark) office 3 days per week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays).
