Who We Are

adMarketplace is the largest global marketplace for Native Search advertising. For over 25 years, we’ve connected brands with consumers at the moment they express commercial intent beyond legacy search engines.

Today, our Native Search solutions are exclusively integrated across next-generation platforms where discovery happens, including web browsers, Buy Now Pay Later apps, and AI chat surfaces. Powered by vector search technology, our platform delivers relevant text and product ads that match consumers with the brands, products, and offers they’re actively seeking.

Our award-winning culture is grounded in the principles of Curiosity, Collaboration, Creative Conflict, Commitment, and Competitiveness – our 5Cs. These values drive us to turn complexity into clarity and create measurable value for consumers, advertisers, and publishers alike.
The Role

As a Publisher Account Manager within the Supply team at adMarketplace, you will play a critical role in scaling and managing our publisher ecosystem across the DACH region. This is a high-impact position focused on expanding our footprint with Tier 1 partners, including BNPL providers, OEMs, browsers, and emerging AI platforms.

You will own and grow strategic publisher relationships, unlock new revenue opportunities, and help shape the future of our supply strategy, particularly across next-generation AI-driven products.

  • Identify and launch new monetisation opportunities, including AI-led solutions

  • Strengthen adMarketplace’s position as a strategic partner across the region

  • Deliver best-in-class publisher experience and long-term retention

What You’ll Do
  • Lead day-to-day management of publisher relationships across DACH, ensuring seamless communication and execution

  • Drive revenue growth across both new and existing publishers through optimisation, testing, and strategic planning

  • Partner closely with Business Development to onboard and scale new Tier 1 publishers

  • Act as the primary point of contact for publishers, resolving issues and identifying opportunities proactively

  • Build deep understanding of each partner’s business model, KPIs, and product roadmap

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow key partnerships

  • Collaborate with demand-side teams to align supply opportunities with advertiser needs

  • Identify gaps in product or service delivery and work cross-functionally to bring new solutions to market

  • Contribute to the development and rollout of new AI-driven publisher products

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 3-5 years in account management, partnerships, or client-facing roles (adtech experience preferred)

  • Experience working with or selling into publishers, platforms, or digital media environments

  • Consultative mindset with the ability to influence and advise partners

  • Strong analytical skills, including understanding of media math (e.g., CPC, RPM, yield optimisation)

  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
