This role is ideal for high-achieving graduates, including Russell Group alumni, with a 1st or 2:1 degree in RE, Philosophy, Theology, or Humanities. Candidates with tutoring or mentoring experience will find this particularly attractive.

Who Should Apply?

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Hold a UK Bachelor’s degree in RE, Philosophy, Theology, or Humanities
  • Have achieved a 2:1 or First-Class degree (highly desirable)
  • Possess GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths, English, and Science
  • Have 3 A Levels or equivalent qualifications
  • Have the right to work in the UK
  • Can communicate confidently and effectively with students

Additional strengths include:

  • Graduates from Russell Group universities
  • Tutoring, mentoring, or school experience
  • Comfort presenting lessons to groups
