Who Should Apply?
We are looking for candidates who:
- Hold a UK Bachelor’s degree in RE, Philosophy, Theology, or Humanities
- Have achieved a 2:1 or First-Class degree (highly desirable)
- Possess GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths, English, and Science
- Have 3 A Levels or equivalent qualifications
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Can communicate confidently and effectively with students
Additional strengths include:
- Graduates from Russell Group universities
- Tutoring, mentoring, or school experience
- Comfort presenting lessons to groups
