Ocean Coordinator (Hiring Immediately)

As an Ocean Coordinator , you’ll take full ownership of ocean import and export shipments from start to finish - ensuring seamless operations, accurate documentation, and exceptional service at every stage. Requirements
What you´ll do?
- Manage end‑to‑end ocean freight : Take full ownership of FCL and LCL import and export shipments, coordinating with overseas offices, ensuring timely documentation, accurate costing, and proactive customer updates.
- Build strong customer relationships : Communicate clearly and proactively, resolve issues efficiently, and provide practical, customer focused solutions that strengthen trust.
- Monitor shipment progress : Track and manage ETDs and shipment milestones, keeping internal systems up to date with accurate, real time information.
- Collaborate with global partners : Work closely with agents, shipping lines, customs authorities, and other logistics partners to ensure smooth operations and high service performance.
- Prepare and control documentation : Issue and manage transport documents, maintain electronic shipment data, and ensure all records meet compliance and operational standards.
- Ensure accurate billing : Prepare final invoices, validate costs against agreements and shipment files, and process supplier invoices promptly to support correct accruals and prevent overdue accounts.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience in ocean freight : Practical background in ocean freight or logistics, with a solid understanding of import and export processes.
- Strong digital skills : Confidence using Microsoft Office and logistics systems, with a sharp eye for accuracy and detail.
- Ability to thrive under pressure : Comfortable working in a fast paced environment, staying organized, and communicating clearly and confidently.
