35 hours per week Monday to Friday
Contract:
Permanent Term Time only

About the Role

At Hendon Preparatory School, we believe great teachers change lives. We're looking for an enthusiastic and inspiring Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 Teacher to join our welcoming school community and help our students develop a lifelong love of learning.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons that bring learning to life.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive classroom where every student can succeed.
  • Support students' academic, social and emotional development.
  • Adapt teaching to meet the needs of individual learners.
  • Monitor progress and provide meaningful feedback to support achievement.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and the wider school community.

What you will bring

  • Graduate with teaching qualification (PGCE / QTS) required
  • Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2.
  • Is passionate about helping children achieve their best.
  • Creates engaging learning experiences that inspire curiosity and confidence.
  • Has strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • Works collaboratively and builds positive relationships with students, families and colleagues.
  • Brings enthusiasm, positivity and a commitment to high standards.
