Foot Mobile Fabric Engineer
Access to training and development, further qualifications and courses (after probation period)
Travel card zones 1-2 for travel between buildings Within these foot mobile fabric technician roles you will be working in a cluster of commercial offices in your patch. You role will be a good mix of PPMs and reactive maintenance and will include: Weekly and Monthly PPMs
Emergency lighting and fire alarm testing
Water testing and temperature checks
Carpentry
Maintenance of doors and fire door checks
Lighting fixtures and fittings, LED installations For this Fabric Maintenance role based in London we are looking for: Experience within a similar building services maintenance role
Experience of PPMs and reactive maintenance
A bias towards carpentry, a carpentry qualification would be highly desirable
A great attitude and client facing skills
Experience of reporting work on a CAFM system, JobLogic is highly desirable
