Finance Director

> Perform accounting and / or financial tasks as required
> Reconcile and substantiate general ledger and sub-ledger accounts
> Prepare insightful financial analysis and reporting outputs as required
> Participate in system enhancements and User Acceptance Testing
> Adhere to, and where possible, enhance process documentation and the control environment
> Respond to and interact across a range of stakeholder groups
> Undertake other ad hoc tasks as required You have

> Strong communication skills; clear, concise, and appropriate method of delivery
> Collaborative team player with a strong work ethic
> Ability to manage workload efficiently and effectively
> Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment under tight deadlines
> Problem solving skills and initiative
> Accountancy or other Business School degree preferred
