Do you have experience working in a youth justice service and the skills and experience required to support children, young people and their families when they come into contact with the law?
Our Youth Justice Service (YJS) is a high performing team, placing the well-being of children and young people at the centre and helping them realise their potential to become accomplished adults. About the role
As a Case Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering pre- and post-court interventions for young people and their families. You will conduct high-quality, comprehensive assessments of need and risk, ensuring that interventions are outcome-focused and tailored to support young people effectively.
‘Child first, offender second’ is the central approach to the role, promoting diversity while addressing safeguarding concerns such as child exploitation. In this role, you will contribute to reducing discrimination and disproportionality by recognising and challenging systemic barriers and risks.
Your attention to detail will be key to creating impactful and meaningful support plans that address offending behaviours or vulnerabilities.
