Interim International Tax Manager
The position reports to the senior tax leadership team. The successful candidate will work closely with finance colleagues internationally.
Tax Advisory
* Serve as the primary contact for international tax matters within the global production division.
* Oversee non‑UK M&A tax matters, including post‑acquisition integration.
* Coordinate with internal tax teams and external advisers across territories.
Tax Accounting & Reporting
* Support quarterly group tax reporting, reviewing local submissions and preparing summary reports.
* Assess current and deferred tax positions under IFRS.
* Contribute to quarterly tax reviews and effective tax rate analysis.
Tax Compliance
* Oversee local corporate tax compliance with support from external advisers.
* Maintain transfer pricing documentation with the Transfer Pricing Consultant.
* Tax Audit Defense.
Skills and Experience
* Recognised accounting or tax qualification (preferably ACA).
* 5-10 years of international tax experience with a strong track record of project delivery.
* Proactive and organised, able to prioritise a busy workload and work both independently and collaboratively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior commercial and financial stakeholders in a creative industry
