Responsibilities:
- Lead the MS process for all reserve soldiers and assist the Adjt with MS issues for officers.
2.. Advise the CO and Bn CoC on career management and MS issues.
- Act as the focal point for advice to all ranks on CM CLM education and accreditation.
- Prepare for and provide secretarial support to grading promotion and appointment boards.
- Engage with APC HQ INT CORPS and Field Army Understand Group on all career management and MS issues.
- Quality assure all MS submissions and reporting and finalise Annual Reports.
- Conduct Formal Career Reviews as required by the CO.
- Advertise process and maintain FTRS commitments.
- Act as the Unit Equality Diversity & Inclusion Advisor.
- Act as the Unit Army Talent Management System Coordinator.
