About the Role

They are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) to join their London team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with prestigious clients, manage complex projects from inception to completion, and mentor junior team members.

Key responsibilities include:

* Leading cost planning, procurement, and contract administration.

* Managing pre- and post-contract commercial responsibilities.

* Preparing and presenting detailed cost reports to clients.

* Leading value engineering and risk management workshops.

* Supporting the team in delivering projects on time and within budget.

* Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, maintaining strong working relationships.

About the Requirements

* MRICS qualified (essential).

* Significant experience in cost management across commercial, residential, or mixed-use schemes.

* Proven track record of leading projects independently.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

* Ability to mentor junior surveyors and contribute to team development.

* Ambitious, proactive, and collaborative approach.
