Assistant Store Manager - Lifestyle Menswear Brand Location: Chelsea Salary: £36,000 + Commission An exciting opportunity has become available for an Assistant Store Manager based in Chelsea. The role is suited to a strong luxury or premium retail professional with experience in team leadership, clientelling, and driving commercial performance within a fast-paced retail environment. Key responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager in daily operations
- Drive sales performance and deliver exceptional client experience
- Lead and motivate the team on the shop floor
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure brand standards and visual merchandising are maintained
- Previous experience in luxury/premium retail management
- Strong sales and clientelling skills
- Commercially driven with a hands-on approach
- Passion for menswear and premium fashion
- £36,000 base salary
- Individual sales commission structure
