Sales Admin Executive

Job title: Sales Admin Executive
Location: London, UK
Pro-actively supporting the administration in UK & Ireland
Universal Accountabilities:
- Support the Sales Team in their promotional administration to settle the customer accounts
- Matching invoices to the accrual
- Checking the invoices are correct
- Flagging any issues to the account managers
- Keeping EPOS trackers up to date
- Raising PO’s.
- Forecasting Admin Support
- Ad Hoc Projects – Retail Price Checking and Powerpoint Support
- Supporting the demand planning process
- Supporting the UK Sales Commercial Calender
Specific Accountabilities
- As above based in London on a hybrid 2 days per week basis.
- Budget, variable metrics are to be confirmed.
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience in a Sales Admin or administration role preferable or graduate in first role.
- Numerate with a preference for analytical work – Advanced Excel skills a must – Power BI knowledge prefererred
- Computer literate using Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft Office products including Excel, PowerPoint (essential)
