Conflicts Lawyer 6 Month FTC - Leading International Law Firm
Key responsibilities include:
- Review and analyse complex conflict reports, advising on suitable resolution strategies.
- Work with fee‑earners to resolve conflicts promptly and advise on conflict risks.
- Identify strategic conflicts arising from client types or ongoing workstreams.
- Support the development and implementation of conflict management policies and procedures aligned with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Create educational materials and deliver training to staff and fee‑earners on conflict management processes.
- Collaborate with the Risk Legal Team to mitigate conflict‑related risks and ensure compliance with all SRA Standards and Regulations.
