Crypto - Quantitative Trader

Your future role within QRT:
- Active trading and monitoring of cryptocurrencies, ensuring continuous coverage of positions, strategies, and all associated risks.
- Performance oversight of signals and execution strategies, identifying anomalies and driving improvements over time.
- Collaboration and knowledge sharing with fellow traders and researchers, contributing insights on production results, methodologies, and data-driven processes.
- Market vigilance with some weekend and late-shift coverage as part of a shared responsibility to ensure seamless 24/7 market monitoring, supported by tailored benefits.
Your present skillset:
- Capacity to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while keeping strong attention to detail.
- Coding skills required in at least one leading programming language, Python preferred.
- Experience in exploring large datasets across multiple time frames is a plus.
- Intellectual curiosity to explore new data sets, solve complex problems, drive innovative processes and connect the dots between multiple fields.
- Capacity to work with autonomy within a collegial and collaborative environment.
- Trading expertise and market knowledge which can be leveraged in the systematic space.
- Strong capacity to communicate with technologists, researchers and traders across the globe.
- Good fundamental crypto knowledge is a benefit.
