Salary: £45,000 - 60,000
Technimove is looking for an experienced Senior Field Engineer to join our growing Operations team. This is an opportunity to work on high-profile data centre, cloud, networking, and infrastructure transformation projects for enterprise customers across multiple technologies and environments.

What you'll be doing:
Leading the design, planning, and delivery of complex migration and engineering projects
Acting as a senior technical authority across Data Centre infrastructure (racking, stacking and all cabling aspects)
Delivering enterprise-scale server relocation and transformation projects
Creating and reviewing HLDs, LLDs, runbooks, test plans, and technical documentation
Supporting pre-sales teams with technical expertise and proposal development
Mentoring engineers and sharing technical knowledge across the business
Working closely with consultants, project managers, customers, and third parties
Driving technical excellence, innovation, and best practice across all project delivery
What we're looking for:
Experience in cabling infrastructure, copper, fibre, installations and testing
Experience delivering physical server relocations and enterprise migration projects
Strong networking knowledge including implementation and troubleshooting
Ability to lead technical delivery and customer engagements confidently
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving ability
Passion for mentoring, collaboration, and continuous improvement
