About the Role
At eBay, our Regulatory Initiative team designs and delivers customer-centric solutions in response to evolving regulatory requirements. We focus on implementing regulatory change in a way that protects customers, supports healthy online marketplaces, and enables transactions at scale with minimal friction.
We are looking for a Regulatory Project Manager to support high-priority regulatory programs across eBay. You will operate at the intersection of regulation, product delivery, and customer experience—helping transform regulatory requirements into practical solutions that work for a global online marketplace.
What you will accomplish:
Deliver regulatory initiatives that directly impact buyer and seller experiences across the eBay marketplace.
Translate regulatory and legal requirements into actionable delivery plans in partnership with Legal and Government Relations teams.
Coordinate cross-functional delivery across Product, Analytics, Marketing, Customer Service, and other partners to support consistent execution.
Assess customer, seller, and business impacts with Analytics teams and communicate insights to inform decision-making.
Develop risk-based options and recommendations that balance compliance, marketplace health, customer trust, and commercial outcomes.
Support alignment across multiple initiatives by managing dependencies and serving as a central point of coordination for impacted teams.
What you will bring:
Experience in project or program management, consulting, or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate delivery across cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with experience engaging diverse partners.
Ability to work effectively in fast-changing, global environments with ambiguity and competing priorities.
Analytical approach with experience turning complex regulatory requirements into clear, practical plans.
A collaborative, customer-focused approach with the ability to influence outcomes without formal authority.
