Team Leader

Aramark is looking for energetic and motivated Food & Beverage Team Leaders to join our team at Chessington World of Adventures, helping deliver great food, great sevice, and unforgettable experiences for our guests.
The Role
As an F&B Team Leader, you'll be at the heart of the action, leading food and beverage operations across the site, covering food outlets and restaurants. You'll motivate your team, keep standards high, and make sure every guest enjoys fast, friendly, and memorable service - even on the busiest days.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, perfect for someone who enjoys leading from the front and thrives under pressure.
What you'll Be Doing
- Leading, motivating, and supporting a team of F&B team members
- Overseeing day-to-day operations including service, food preparation, cleanliness, and stock control
- Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and quality standards are met at all times
- Training and welcoming new starters into the team
- Supporting scheduling and team performance
- Handling guest feedback professionally and positively
- Working closely with managment to improve service and guest experience
What We're Looking For
- Confident communication and leadership skills
- A positive can-do attitude and ability to stay calm in a busy environment
- Passion for great service and guest experience
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred, but not essential
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
