Brand & Marketing Executive (Hiring Immediately)
As a Brand & Marketing Executive, you’ll play a central role in how Queensmith shows up online. This is a hands-on position where you’ll take real ownership of our SEO and digital content.
Our marketing strategy is built around organic growth, expert-led content and a best-in-class website experience. You’ll help drive this forward: spotting opportunities in search, creating thoughtful and engaging content, and constantly improving how customers discover, explore and engage with Queensmith online.
You’ll work alongside a talented and collaborative team – including Brand & Marketing Seniors, our PR Executive, Social Team and in-house Photographer – where ideas move quickly and everyone contributes to the bigger picture. Whether it’s developing a new content series, refining high-impact landing pages, or collaborating on campaigns, you’ll have the chance to make a real mark on a growing brand.
This role is ideal for someone who is naturally curious about how brands grow, enjoys turning insight into action, and takes pride in producing work that is thoughtful, polished and effective. We’re looking for someone who wants to learn fast, think strategically and take ownership, someone who is excited by the opportunity to help shape the next stage of Queensmith’s growth.
Responsibilities:
- Be our in-house SEO champion, staying ahead of algorithm updates, technical best practices, and search trends
- Work closely with our external Digital Marketing agency to deliver a high-impact organic growth strategy
- Plan, create and optimise exceptional website content that positions Queensmith with trusted authority
- Lead the growth of our Guides & Journal content hub – developing content that attracts, informs and converts customers
- Be our go-to copywriter, a stickler for detail & excellence
- Maintain brand integrity by upholding brand guidelines and standards in all marketing activities
- Translate market insights into opportunity – analysing industry trends, customer behaviour and competitor activity to inform new content, campaigns and areas for growth
- Contribute to and improve email sign-up workflows & seasonal email campaigns

- Apple OS and G Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides etc.)
- Experience with a CMS such as Craft, Shopify or similar
- Experience with a CRM such as Hubspot, Salesforce or similar
- Competent briefing and outsourcing projects
- Some knowledge of graphic design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva is a plus
Salary
- £35,000 to £40,000 (dependent on experience)
- Up to 8% annual performance bonus
