Senior Sales Consultant
We are looking for Senior Sales Consultant to join our Miele Experience Centre, in the heart of Mayfair.
The Miele brand is synonymous with quality design & innovation, and, in our elegantly designed store in Mayfair, we curate a handpicked selection of the finest luxury lifestyle appliances for our clientele to use in their homes.Delivering memorable demonstrations, bespoke consultations & exceptional customer service, our Experience Centre's forge the link between Kitchen Dealers, consumers, and Miele, by giving opportunities to close the sale either directly or through our partner network. Miele Experience Centre's are different to normal retail stores, with lower footfall but higher value customer transactions.
The space is designed to host both clientele and brand partners to enjoy a luxurious and intimate environment where they can explore our collection at their own pace, ensuring a personalised shopping experience. From the elegant interior design to the carefully curated displays, every detail has been thoughtfully considered to elevate the lifestyle experience.
In this role you will be...
Supporting the store manager in leading the team to deliver a best-in-class brand and sales experience to both consumers and dealers. You will be responsible for delivering against revenue targets and sales KPIs with the highest standard of retail execution. The Senior Sales Consultant will be heavily involved in the running of the Experience Centre, planning and running events and supporting the store manager to implement our sales strategy in the region.
You will bring retail sales experience and have the confidence and ability to deputise for a store manager, ideally gained through acting at supervisor level or above in your current or previous role. You should be a natural salesperson and both confident and capable when dealing with new and challenging situations, be proactive and adaptable to change with excellent planning, organisation, time management, and people skills.
What can we offer you?
Working 37.5 hours per week across five days, including weekends, we offer a competitive salary, bonus scheme and a lunch allowance. The position is initially for a six-month period with the potential to go permanent during this time.
We offer a basic salary between £28,748 - £33,500 per annum, dependent on experience, plus an evolving pay and benefits package. Earnings could be up to £37,000 including bonus and allowances.
