Care Assistant
Job Title: Care Assistant
Location: Northwood, Ruislip and Surrounding areas
Contract: Flexible
Salary: Starting from £14 per hour
Join our mission
At Radfield Home Care, it’s our mission to make ageing a more enjoyable and rewarding experience for all involved — and our Care Assistants play a huge role in making this happen for people within our local communities, all from the comfort of their own homes.
Compassion changes lives — not just through care, but through the comfort, dignity and companionship you bring every single day to someone’s life and those closest to them.
We are excited to be building a brand-new care team across Northwood, Ruislip and Uxbridge and are looking for caring, reliable and passionate individuals to join us on this journey.
This is more than just a care role. You will be supporting clients in their own homes whilst also helping us bring the community together through our new local day care centre, creating opportunities for people to socialise, stay connected and feel valued.
No experience? No problem. If you have the right attitude and a genuine passion for helping others, we will provide all the training and support you need.
Working Together as a Team
At Radfield Home Care, we believe care staff should feel supported, valued and connected. Our local office space provides a welcoming environment where carers can come in for support, take a break between visits, meet the team and feel part of something bigger.
We are passionate about investing in our people and creating opportunities for progression through ongoing training, mentoring and personal development. Whether you are completely new to care or looking to grow your career, we are committed to helping you build confidence, skills and future opportunities within the role.
What We Offer
Pay rates starting from £14 per hour
Paid travel time
Mileage paid at 45p per mile
Double pay on Bank Holidays
Paid training, DBS and uniform provided
Career progression opportunities within a growing company
Ongoing mentoring and support from our experienced leadership team
Make a difference in your local community
