Fashion Influencer Project Assistant

The Fashion Blueprint is looking for a highly organised, fashion-savvy Fashion Influencer Project Assistant with an interest in fashion, social media, and event production to support the planning and execution of an upcoming influencer-focused event.

The Fashion Influencer Project Assistant will confidently support a fast-paced, creative project by working closely with the project team to coordinate logistics, communicate with influencers, manage timelines, support marketing tasks, and ensure the event runs smoothly from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Coordination:

• Assist with identifying and shortlisting influencers aligned with the event’s goals and brand values.
• Support outreach and communication with influencers, their agents, or management teams.
• Track confirmations, contracts, deliverables, and attendance.
• Prepare influencer briefing documents, schedules, and content guidelines.

Event Planning & Logistics:

• Support venue logistics, supplier communication, product organisation, and run-of-show preparation.
• Help coordinate fittings, product pulls, styling needs, and gifting preparation.
• Assist with guest list management, RSVPs, and attendee communication.
• Maintain project timelines and ensure all tasks stay on schedule.

Content & Marketing Support:

• Assist with creating social media content ideas, captions, and asset organisation before, during, and after the event.
• Help with moodboards, shot lists, and creative direction documents.
• Support live content capture during the event (BTS photos/videos).
• Monitor influencer content delivery and compile coverage following the event.

Admin & Project Support:

• Maintain spreadsheets, project trackers, and contact sheets.
• Assist with budgeting and expenses tracking.
• Support general admin tasks to keep the project running smoothly.
• Contribute ideas to enhance the guest experience and overall event impact.

Profile

Required:

• A genuine interest in fashion, social media, and influencer culture.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Confident with Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets), Canva, and social platforms.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Detail-oriented and reliable.
• Creative, adaptable, and resourceful.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments.
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.

Desirable:

• Experience in influencer marketing, events, or PR.
• Creative eye for visuals, styling, and content.
• Experience working with creators or fashion brands.
