Team Manager - London Selfridges

JOB PURPOSE
We are hiring a Team Manager for our Selfridges London store, someone who thrives in a dynamic luxury environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences. At Burberry, this role is central to bringing our brand to life on the shop floor, leading a team to exceed expectations and inspire loyalty. You will shape the client journey through leadership, coaching, and a deep understanding of our collections. This is an opportunity to combine commercial performance with creativity, creating a memorable and elevated in-store experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional client experiences, driving both sales performance and brand loyalty.
- Take ownership of a product category, partnering with store leadership to maximise sell-through and commercial opportunities.
- Coach and develop team members in real time, building confidence, capability and consistent service excellence.
- Set the standard on the shop floor, ensuring every client interaction reflects the Burberry experience.
- Strengthen collaboration across sales, operations and stock teams to enhance service flow and efficiency.
- Support talent development, onboarding, and engagement to build a positive, high-performing store culture.
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Experience leading or mentoring teams in a fast-paced retail or client-focused environment.
- Strong communication skills with a natural ability to engage, influence and support others.
- Confidence in handling complex client situations with professionalism and care.
- Commercial awareness with an understanding of driving sales and achieving targets.
- Comfortable using digital tools and in-store technology to enhance the client experience.
- A collaborative mindset with a passion for luxury retail, craftsmanship and storytelling.
