Role Overview
As a Front of House Team Member at Tikkas, you’ll be the face of the brand. You’ll welcome guests, take orders, serve food, and ensure every customer enjoys a welcoming and memorable experience. This role is suited to people who are well-presented, confident communicators with cheerful personalities who enjoy engaging with customers in a fast-paced, social-media-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve customers with a warm, professional, and cheerful attitude.
- Take customer orders and handle payments at the counter.
- Assemble and present food orders to Tikkas’ standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in customer and service areas.
- Follow food hygiene, health & safety, and brand standards at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Work efficiently during peak hours to ensure smooth service.
- Collaborate with team members to create a supportive and fun working environment.
- Feature confidently in photos and short videos for Tikkas’ social media.

Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Excellent presentation skills and a professional appearance – you’ll be the face of Tikkas.
- Strong English communication skills – clear, confident, and engaging.
- Friendly, approachable, and cheerful personality with the ability to interact positively with customers.
- Customer service skills – proactive in ensuring every guest feels valued.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.
- Team player – reliable, punctual, and supportive of colleagues.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and busy holiday periods.
- Comfortable and confident being camera-friendly for social media content.
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is helpful but not required (full training and development provided).
