City Success Manager
Your mission at Voi
As the City Success Manager you will be responsible for building and managing the relationships with the city stakeholders, while working continuously to develop the operational and commercial performance in the UK. In this role you will report directly to the General Manager and collaborate closely with the local Policy- and Operations team and other central stakeholders to grow Voi’s footprint in existing- and new markets. This will include:

- Identify growth- and change opportunities and be responsible for the implementation of these to improve profitability, customer ratings and service quality.
- Building strong relationships with key city stakeholders, leading events and contributing to initiatives in collaboration with the local Public Policy- and Partnerships teams to drive improved performance in line with city priorities.
- Being the point of contact for the city stakeholders, ensuring contractual compliance, monitoring and implementing solutions that address city concerns and complaints funneled from our user support teams, and following up on impact.
- Participating in pre-tender and tender work to ensure our position as the obvious choice for cities tendering micromobility services.
- Leveraging market insights and customer behaviour data to expand and develop our user base and improve retention
- Leveraging data and analytics and working in close collaboration with the local operations team to optimise operational efficiency and performance
