- Respond to maintenance requests from guests and colleagues with professionalism, urgency, and a solutions-focused approach.
- Complete planned preventative maintenance and regular inspections to ensure our facilities remain safe, efficient, and operating at their best.
- Support the upkeep of critical systems, including lighting, plant equipment, fire safety systems, and the Building Management System (BMS).
- Work closely with the wider Engineering team on projects, repairs, and continuous improvements across the property.
- Champion safe working practices, energy efficiency initiatives, and high engineering standards throughout the hotel.

What you can bring to the role:
- A recognised electrical qualification with proven experience in maintenance, repairs, and fault-finding within a commercial, hospitality, or similar environment
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, alongside a proactive approach to solving problems and identifying improvements
- A guest-focused mindset, understanding the importance of delivering quick, effective solutions while maintaining exceptional service standards
- The ability to stay calm under pressure, manage competing priorities, and adapt to the fast-paced nature of a luxury hospitality environment
- A collaborative attitude with excellent communication skills and a willingness to support colleagues across different engineering disciplines
- Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, to support the needs of a 24/7 operation
