Corporate Tax Senior Manager / Director

Our client is a well-known accountancy firm in the mid-tier who pride themselves not only on the quality of their client service, but also on the way they develop and progress their staff.

This role will work alongside the partners on tax advisory projects, as well as take overview of some complex compliance cases. This will include both UK and cross border issues. It is expected that you will be technically excellent with the gravitas to guide and advise your clients, developing lasting relationships and becoming their trusted advisor. You will also enjoy imparting your technical expertise to more junior members of staff, coaching them as appropriate.

It is important that you have an interest in business development as the firm is keen to expand its corporate tax offering in the market and you will very much be a part of that. Of particular interest to the team is someone who has the aptitude to build on a sector, add a new complementary skillset or is interested in developing their own specialism that they are technically adept enough and confident enough to lead and take to market. This would of course be in conjunction with full support from the partners.

The client base is cross sector and diverse and covers a range of clients from OMBs to listed companies and global groups. They already deal with a lot of big ticket work in the team and are looking to develop this further. There is lots here to really get your teeth into.
