You’ll be stepping into a thriving corporate practice where you will:
- Lead on private equity transactions and manage your own deals.
- Work closely with partners on larger, more complex national matters.
- Run a mix of M&A, VC, growth capital, restructurings & management transactions .
- Take early ownership of client relationships and BD activity .
- Mentor junior lawyers and support their development.
What You’ll Need
- 2-5 PQE in corporate law, ideally with exposure to private equity or broader transactional work.
- Ability to run smaller deals and support larger ones.
- Appetite for responsibility, client contact, and developing a commercial voice.
- Someone who enjoys working with ambitious teams doing high-quality work at pace.
