Your Role: As a Teaching Assistant (PMLD), you will: Support teachers in planning and delivering engaging, individualised lessons and activities tailored to students' unique learning needs. Provide personal care assistance, including feeding, toileting, and mobility support. Use specialist tools and techniques, such as sensory resources and assistive technology, to enhance communication and learning. Observe, record, and report on students' progress and well-being to inform teachers and caregivers. Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that promotes independence and participation. Work closely with a multidisciplinary team - including therapists, teachers, and parents - to deliver holistic support.Why Remedy?
