We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pest Control Technician (Sc6) to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our clients by effectively managing pest control solutions. As a Pest Control Technician, you will diagnose pest issues, recommend treatment plans, and execute pest control treatments in residential and commercial settings. Your ability to identify pest behavior and biology will enhance our team's effectiveness and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional pest management services. You will have the opportunity to educate clients about preventative measures, ensure compliance with safety standards, and work with a variety of pest control methods and agents. Responsibilities
Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest problems and any conducive conditions.
Implement pest control treatments using appropriate methods and adhere to safety and regulatory standards.
Maintain accurate records of treatments performed, including the type of pest, location, and substances used.
Educate clients on pest habits, prevention strategies, and the importance of sustainable pest management.
Respond promptly to client inquiries and service requests, demonstrating strong customer service skills.
Collaborate with the team to develop effective strategies for pest management and control.
Stay informed about the latest pest control technologies, chemicals, and industry best practices.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in pest control are a plus.
Proven experience as a pest control technician or related field.
Knowledge of pest biology and behavior, as well as pest control methods and products.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions in the field.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for client interaction and documentation.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time effectively.

Hours Per Week: 35.00
Start Time: 08:00
End Time: 16:00
Pay Per Hour: £20.55
Location: Islington, North London
