Full-time Nanny-Housekeeper, Job ID J1F9D0
This lovely family is looking for a full-time nanny-housekeeper to care for their two school-aged children. The role involves all general nanny-housekeeping duties and being an extra pair of hands for the mum, especially during evening and night routines. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children from newborn to age six, be trustworthy, and be able to build strong relationships with the children. They should be flexible, a self-starter with a proactive attitude, able to work independently as well as follow instructions, and comfortable working alongside both parents. Being warm, fun, kind, and engaging is essential. A valid first aid qualification is required for this position. Cooking for the family is a huge bonus. A Tagalog, French and Spanish speaker are ideal.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, 10/11am to 6/7pm.
Duties include:
- assisting with bath time routine,
- dressing the children,
- feeding them,
- cleaning them up after every meal,
- taking them to playdates,
- preparing various age-appropriate activities,
- playing with them,
- helping the other children with homework,
- making sure they are always happy and safe,
- changing nappies and helping the little one with potty/toilet training,
- teaching general life skills, such as basic hygiene and manners
- take care of the household,
- cooking for the family,
- making sure the toilet and bathroom are clean,
- doing the grocery shopping and errands,
- organising cupboards and changing bedsheets.
