Do you enjoy delivering exceptional customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Client Relationship Executive to join our team and deliver an outstanding customer service to our healthcare workers and clients at UCLH.

Acacium Group are a leading global healthcare delivery partner and we are hiring a Client Relationship Executive . Part of Acacium Group, Bank Partners ensure valued healthcare professionals are supported to work flexibly whilst providing much-needed cover for potential gaps in rosters that would otherwise impact patient safety.

💡 About the Role

In this role, you will:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at UCLH, acting as their primary point of contact and ensuring trust and collaboration.
• Coordinate staffing needs by working closely with recruitment, bookings, and compliance teams to deliver efficient service and resolve queries quickly.
• Monitor and improve service delivery by gathering feedback, conducting regular check-ins, and implementing initiatives to boost staffing fill rates and reduce reliance on external agencies.
• Utilise market insights and data to anticipate demand trends, answer ad-hoc queries, and tailor solutions that meet client-specific requirements.

This is a role where your relationship building skills will really make a difference.

📚Experience We’re Looking For

• Experience in a client facing role.
• Relationship management experience with various stakeholders.
• Administration experience.
