We are currently seeking a Band 6 Biomedical Scientist specialising in Histology to join our client’s team in London. This is a full-time, ongoing position working core hours only, offering a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to contribute to a busy and well-established laboratory service.

Key Responsibilities

You will be proficient in using Q-Pulse, independent validation and verification of new antibodies on the Benchmark Ultra and Bond III platforms alongside advanced microtomy skills for handling all tissue types.

Qualifications and Experience

– HCPC registration

– Degree in Biomedical Science or equivalent

– Experience in Histology within a clinical laboratory

– Experience with microtomy and staining techniques

– Strong attention to detail

– Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

– NHS experience (preferred)
