You will play a key role in aligning our platform and services to major public sector transformation agendas from workforce transformation and cost optimisation to operating model redesign and organisational agility.
This is a performance-based role that blends account management, strategic advisory, and commercial growth. Success will be measured through retention, expansion, and services revenue.

- Ability to translate complex transformation challenges into structured, data-driven solutions.
- Commercially astute, with confidence in forecasting, pricing, and negotiation within a regulated or structured buying environment.
- Familiarity with HR technology, workforce analytics, or organisational design tools is highly desirable.
- Experience working with or selling into government, healthcare, education, or wider public sector organisations is essential.
Benefits
- Hybrid working (2 days in London office)
- Private Medical Insurance (including Dental and Vision) and Life Assurance
- 25 days holiday (increasing to 30 days at a rate of 1 extra day per year)
