Associate Director - Building Surveying
- Leading refurbishment, fit–out and redevelopment projects
- Carrying out technical due diligence, dilapidations and building pathology work
- Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
- Supporting business development and helping grow the building surveying team
- Managing and mentoring junior surveyors
- MRICS qualification
- Strong experience delivering both project and professional building surveying services
- Experience managing or mentoring junior surveyors
- Strong client–facing and relationship management skills
- A commercial mindset and interest in helping grow a team
- Salary up to GBP90,000
- Performance–related bonus
