Legal PA - 4 month FTC
We are currently recruiting for a skilled and proactive Legal Secretary to join one of our prestigious law firm clients in Mayfair on a 4-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a high-performing legal team in a dynamic and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor team inboxes and calendars, managing meetings and logisticsPrepare, edit, and proofread documents to a high standardLiaise with Executive Assistants and central teams, providing cover during absencesManage tasks and deadlines efficiently, ensuring expectations are metAct as a professional point of contact, handling calls and messagesCoordinate billing and compliance processes, including expense claimsThe successful candidate will have prior experience in probate, trust, tax, or private client work, and familiarity with residential property is highly desirable. You must be be organised, detail-oriented, and confident working both independently and collaboratively.
This role is set to begin in early October and run through to the end of January, with a possibility of extension.
