THE ROLE & WHY IT EXISTS
Gravitee is looking for an organised, strategic Senior Content Copywriter with deep SEO expertise and a proven track record of driving organic performance to join our product marketing team.
This role owns content creation across Gravitee’s full content ecosystem, including the website and organic social channels, driving clarity around API management, API gateways, API security, event-driven architectures, Agentic AI, and high-impact developer and architect use cases.
You’ll contribute to Gravitee’s content strategy, create content that directly supports revenue and product adoption, and help elevate the voice and narrative of the Gravitee brand.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable working from briefs or writing them, and thinking deeply about search intent, funnel stages, and long-term content architecture.
You have proven experience in high-performing content programs, hands-on SEO skills, and a strong understanding of how organic content drives commercial outcomes.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Write and edit copy across multiple formats: blogs, reports, landing pages, guides, use-case content, case studies, product pages, nurture content, organic social, and more.
Develop clear, technically informed content for enterprise software audiences, including topics like API gateways, IAM, API security, and event-driven architecture. You don’t need to be an engineer, but you must be comfortable translating complex technical concepts into accessible, accurate content.
Use SEO research and implementation using tools like Screaming Frog, Semrush, and Sitebulb , ensuring every piece aligns with Gravitee’s keyword strategy, topical authority goals, and organic growth roadmap.
Work in (and improve) our CMS HubSpot
Shape and refine content briefs; proactively identify high-value content opportunities across the funnel.
Collaborate closely with product, marketing, brand, and sales teams from kickoff through distribution.
Conduct research and interviews with SMEs, customers, and internal stakeholders to uncover insights and tell credible, differentiated stories.
Support content projects end-to-end: from writing and editing to optimisation, publishing, and organic social distribution.
Develop and refine templates, repeatable content frameworks, and editorial guidelines for efficiency and quality.
Mentor fellow writers (product marketing managers) to elevate content quality across the team.
Provide strategic recommendations based on content performance, search data, and competitive insights.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS - The right candidate will possess at least the following skills:
6+ years of professional writing experience , ideally in B2B SaaS, API management, developer tooling, or related technical domains.
You’re a strong storyteller who can simplify complex technical concepts while maintaining accuracy.
You have hands-on SEO experience and are fluent in keyword research, content audits, technical SEO basics, and content optimisation for organic performance.
You are proficient with Screaming Frog, Semrush, Sitebulb, HubSpot , and other SEO/content tools.
You understand how to adapt content for digital and social media channels , including organic social distribution and messaging.
You are data-driven and continuously iterate based on performance insights.
You have an impeccable attention to detail and an editorial style grounded in clarity, accuracy, and credibility.
You understand how to write for digital channels and how content design, UX, and SERP behavior influence the final output.
You thrive in fast-moving environments and can manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
You’re collaborative, curious, and able to build strong relationships across teams and time zones.
